Scope of the Review
In June 2025, JH Semiconductor completed a comprehensive review and evaluation of its supplier system for the year. The evaluation covered the company's main existing suppliers across four dimensions — on-time delivery rate, product quality, price competitiveness and after-sales responsiveness.
Tiering and Optimization
Based on the results, the company introduced tiered supplier management and optimized the supplier mix in certain categories. It also added several new suppliers with strengths in server accessories, further broadening its supply channels. Overall, supply-chain stability and response speed have improved.
Why It Matters
For a company whose core business is component, server, GPU and memory supply-chain services, the quality of the supplier system directly determines the reliability of sourcing, the certainty of delivery and the speed of after-sales resolution. In tight markets, stable supply channels mean customer orders ship on schedule; in soft markets, a well-structured supplier mix helps maintain price competitiveness. The annual review is a routine part of the company's supply-chain management, intended to keep the supplier system in step with business growth.
