Arrival and Inspection
In mid-January 2026, JH Semiconductor completed incoming inspection and warehouse entry for a new batch of DDR5 RDIMM server memory products. The batch covers 64GB and 128GB DDR5-5600 RDIMM modules from brands including Samsung and SK hynix, targets mainstream dual- and quad-socket server platforms, has passed original-manufacturer qualification testing, and is now officially listed for sale.
Where DDR5 Sits on Server Platforms
Current mainstream server platforms (Intel Eagle Stream and AMD Genoa/Turin) have moved entirely to DDR5, which offers higher per-module bandwidth and more memory channels than DDR4. RDIMMs use a register to buffer clock and address signals, preserving signal integrity under heavy load. These products support both module-level ECC and on-die ECC within the DRAM chips — two layers of protection covering bit errors on the transmission link and inside the memory cells respectively — making them well suited to virtualization, database and AI-related workloads with high memory-reliability requirements.
Availability
Memory is one of the regular categories in JH Semiconductor's supply-chain business, with products spanning DDR5 RDIMM, ECC UDIMM, 3DS RDIMM and DDR4 specifications. The 64GB and 128GB modules in this batch have completed system entry and bin allocation, and customers can request quotes and place orders through the usual channels.
