JH Semiconductor is an R&D-driven semiconductor technology service enterprise. Headquartered in Shenzhen, we focus on two core R&D directions: storage validation and AI storage architecture.
With our innovative 'R&D + Product Validation + Technical Services' trinity model, we serve data centers, AI computing, industrial control, and new energy customers with full-cycle technical services across five storage product lines: 2.5" SATA enterprise SSDs, data center U.2/E1.S/AIC accelerator SSDs, M.2 NVMe SSDs, SATA DOM industrial storage, and DDR4 enterprise memory.
We have established a comprehensive R&D system with 300+ intellectual property rights (including invention patents and utility models), forming core technology barriers in SSD controller architecture, FTL algorithms, LDPC ECC, PCIe/NVMe protocol, and AI storage.
