ECC RDIMM (JH-R5, 4800/5600 MT/s), ECC RDIMM-6400 ServerX (JH-R5X, 6400 MT/s), ECC UDIMM (JH-E5, 5600), VLP ECC RDIMM (JH-V5, 5600) and 3DS ECC RDIMM (JH-H5, 5600/6400).

What per-module capacities are available?

JH-R5 16–128 GB, JH-R5X 32–128 GB, JH-E5 16/32/48 GB, JH-V5 16–64 GB and JH-H5 3DS RDIMM 256 GB per module, so the line spans 16 GB to 256 GB.

RDIMM or ECC UDIMM, and can they be mixed?

Use RDIMM (JH-R5/R5X) for general and AI servers, databases and virtualization; use ECC UDIMM (JH-E5) for entry servers, workstations and edge nodes per the motherboard QVL. UDIMM cannot be mixed with RDIMM.

How are platform compatibility and warranty handled?

Intel Xeon, AMD EPYC and domestic platforms are supported, with every compatibility claim tied to a specific server/board QVL and test record; modules ship with fixed BOM, 100% inspection and burn-in, and a 5-year limited warranty (3 years for 3DS RDIMM).
