What Was Upgraded
In May 2025, JH Semiconductor completed a version upgrade of its internal ERP inventory management system. The upgrade centered on the functions used most heavily in daily operations, principally the order processing workflow, real-time inventory queries and the customer reconciliation module.
Improvements
Following the upgrade, order processing is somewhat faster; inventory data now synchronizes in real time rather than once daily, so customers receive more accurate information when checking stock and pricing; and the customer reconciliation module was optimized accordingly. The system has run stably since going live, with all modules functioning normally.
Why It Matters
In the components and server supply-chain business, the timeliness of inventory and pricing information directly affects quotation accuracy and the reliability of delivery commitments. When the market moves, a quote based on stale stock data can create problems for both sides, whereas real-time inventory status lets sales staff quote and confirm lead times against the latest data. The upgrade also lays groundwork for data consistency across warehousing, sales and finance, as part of the company's routine effort to keep improving internal operations.
