Arrival Overview
In mid-November 2025, JH Semiconductor completed the receipt and warehousing of a new batch of DDR5 server memory. The batch covers DDR5-4800 16GB/32GB RDIMMs and DDR5-5600 32GB/64GB RDIMMs; all units passed incoming inspection and have been shelved for stock.
Product Notes
RDIMMs (registered DIMMs) are the mainstream memory form factor on server platforms: the registering clock driver on the module lightens the load on the memory controller, and together with ECC it safeguards stability in multi-channel, high-capacity configurations. Compared with the previous generation, DDR5 delivers higher bandwidth at similar power and moves power management onto the module itself, better matching the memory access patterns of today's many-core servers. The 4800 and 5600 speed grades in this batch correspond to the configuration requirements of different server platform generations.
Inventory and Supply
Stock levels across the main DDR5 specifications are currently normal and can meet customers' routine procurement needs. Customers with purchasing plans can contact the sales team for real-time stock and lead-time information on specific part numbers; the company will continue adjusting its stocking structure as market demand evolves.
