Stocktake Overview
From December 20 to 22, 2025, JH Semiconductor completed its 2025 annual full warehouse stocktake. The count covered all products in the Shenzhen warehouse, including DDR5 memory, SSDs, and complete servers.
Results
After three days of counting and reconciliation, the inventory record-to-physical match rate reached 99.8%. The small number of discrepancies were mainly temporary mismatches caused by detached labels and have since been corrected through re-entry. During the stocktake the team also inspected the condition of selected long-stored products, confirming that packaging and product quality remained intact.
Why Inventory Accuracy Matters
For a company whose main business is storage components and server products, the annual stocktake is more than a financial compliance exercise. Semiconductor components generally carry batch and date-code attributes, and moisture-sensitive devices must have their unsealing and storage time controlled according to standard practice, so record accuracy bears directly on first-in-first-out management and batch traceability at delivery. Verifying bin-location accuracy and product condition during the count also gives the next year's stocking plan a reliable data foundation.
